Weekline Investment and Trading Company Limited was incorporated in 1983 as an Investment & Trading Company and was subsequently registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under Section 45IA of the RBI Act, 1934.
